What we collect and why
- Enquiries: your name, email address, company, industry and message, so we can reply and discuss your needs. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- Newsletter: your email address and consent, so we can send our newsletter. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Analytics: anonymous usage information, collected only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. The basis is your consent.
Who we share data with
- Formspree, which processes enquiry form submissions for us.
- Kit, which manages newsletter subscriptions.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics.
- GitHub, which hosts this website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards each provider offers for international transfers.
How long we keep data
Enquiry details are kept for up to two years after our last contact, or longer if they form part of a client record. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics retention follows Google Analytics' own settings and privacy policy.
Your rights
