We build AI around the rules, forms and deadlines of each sector. Both products are working prototypes with no live client yet, and two sectors are open to design partners.
Accountancy
Accountancy practices
Working prototype
Accountancy practices handle hundreds of clients, each with their own deadlines, documents and questions. Much of a team's week is spent collecting, checking and re-keying information before any real accounting starts.
Problems we address
- Chasing clients for bank statements, receipts and records before every deadline
- Manually keying and categorising transactions
- Anti-money-laundering onboarding checks for every new client
- Self-assessment and year-end peaks that stretch the team
- Making Tax Digital for Income Tax brings quarterly updates to sole traders and landlords: from April 2026 for qualifying income over £50,000, and from April 2027 for qualifying income over £30,000
How AI helps
- AI-driven document requests and reminders, with a live checklist per client
- AI extraction and categorisation of transactions, ready for review
- Collection of AML evidence and engagement letters during onboarding
- AI-drafted replies to routine client questions, approved by staff
- One view of every client's deadlines and outstanding items
Standards and rules we design around: MLR 2017 · AML · HMRC MTD for VAT · MTD for Income Tax · UK GDPR · ICAEW · ACCA · AAT codes
Energy & Utilities
Energy & utilities contractors
Working prototype
Every connection, installation or network job creates paperwork for a distribution network operator. Templates vary by DNO and form type, evidence sits on phones and in inboxes, and one missing field can mean a rejected submission and a delayed job.
Problems we address
- Different forms and templates for each DNO and type of work
- Submissions rejected or delayed because of missing or inconsistent fields
- Site photos, test certificates and RAMS scattered across devices and email
- No single view of what has been submitted, approved or is still outstanding
- Accreditations and certifications that expire without warning
How AI helps
- AI pre-fills forms from the job, site and equipment data you already hold
- Automatic completeness and consistency checks before submission
- Evidence packs assembled automatically for each job
- A tracker showing status by job, form and DNO
- Alerts before accreditations and certificates expire
Standards and rules we design around: ENA G98 · ENA G99 · ENA G100 · NERS · Lloyd's Register · CDM 2015 · BS 7671
The engine is form-agnostic, so the same approach extends to water, gas, telecoms and other regulated field services.
Legal
Law firms & legal practices
Design partners wanted
High-volume legal work, such as conveyancing, private client and employment matters, involves a great deal of intake, verification and document chasing. These tasks are well suited to supervised AI automation.
Problems we address
- Client intake and conflict checks repeated for every new matter
- Client identity and source-of-funds checks
- Chasing clients and third parties for documents and signatures
- Routine matter-status updates by phone and email
- First drafts produced manually from precedents
How AI helps
- Structured AI intake that feeds your case management system
- Collection and checklisting of KYC and AML evidence
- Automated document requests and chasing
- AI-drafted status updates for fee-earner approval
- Precedent-based first drafts, reviewed by a lawyer
Standards and rules we design around: SRA Standards & Regulations · MLR 2017 · AML · UK GDPR · Legal professional privilege
Healthcare · GP surgeries
GP surgeries & primary care
Design partners wanted
GP surgeries manage large patient lists with stretched admin teams. Incoming correspondence, patient admin requests and reporting take time that could go back into patient care. Clinical decisions always stay with clinicians.
Problems we address
- High volumes of incoming hospital letters and clinical correspondence
- Patient admin requests by phone, online forms and email
- Repetitive coding, filing and routing tasks
- Reporting and data requests from the ICB and NHS England
- Recruiting and keeping admin staff
How AI helps
- AI summaries of correspondence, routed for clinician review
- Patient admin requests sorted and routed to the right team
- Routine reports prepared from practice data
- Standard letters drafted for staff approval
- Workflow dashboards for practice managers
Standards and rules we design around: UK GDPR · Caldicott principles · NHS DSPT · DCB0129 · DCB0160 · NHS DTAC
